Love it when you quote Horace.

You ARE a gem! And widely read, too; I DO appreciate that.

Keep your humor, and drivel, coming!

An education in wit

I am not sure when, or the circumstances that happened, that I have come to know you, but I am heartily glad, in and out of the box, any box, that I did! (You and) Your written stories easily fit in my head (hat size, 8 1/4) and before I forget, thanks for the picture of you and Cate, she's beautiful with her happy smiley face. Your books fit neatly (perfectly by width) in one of the cavities of my writing/reading desk; there is room for more, hopefully forthcoming over time. From time to time, I reach for one, any one, open it at random and start to read or reread... please more, please.

I bloody love this!

I bloody love this from the article about Cate to the Jabberwocky to Camus.
I’ve shared it with my soon to graduate daughter, with a promise that I’ll behave at her graduation dinner…
Love from England – delighted to read such correct and fabulous use of our language.

Winning the war of words

"How's the Cow"? is as "old as the hills". Love it.

"Sallow liberals squawking in a state of clueless ecstasy ". Great subtle points in these books. Poor Calais . You scared the piss out of him. Like the helicopter pilot in "And Justice for All" to Al Pacino.

Guide Book I think is one of your best. Your writing style is captivating and magical. I learn every time I read your stuff and I think you know you are teaching as you write.

Again great work.
