This can be for a specific student of your choice, or given anonymously. If you want to make this an annual contribution, we will name the scholarship in your honor.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4 class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSponsorship\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf you're a company and would like to sponsor a student in our Apprenticeship Program, the start dates are July 1st and January 1st.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe student will work forty hours a week at your company for six months for a total of 1,000 hours. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe cost to sponsor an apprentice is $13,000, based on  a work schedule of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 26 weeks, which works out to be around $13 an hour which is the minimum wage in Rhode Island.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4 class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOld's Cool Tour\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe \"Rally Around The Ivy League,\" which takes place the first week in September is our annual fundraising event and a fantastic and fun four days of real camaraderie and fake racing. Ha!\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"wixGuard\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf you would like to run or sponsor a car in the rally the cost is an all-inclusive $5,000.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4 class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDonations\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA $1,000, $500, or $100 donation will allow us to purchase the various accoutrements –  tools, equipment, and supplies we need to keep the wheels of the Academy greased and rolling along in the right direction.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4 style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"font_8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAll gifts are welcome\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font_8\" style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf you would like to volunteer your time or offer your expertise to the Academy you will be more than welcome to do so.
